Documents Needed to Place an Order


1. Copy of Company or Sole Trader Registration Certificate.

2. Copy of Finance Registration for Tax payments, showing the EU Value Added Tax number (VAT ).

3. Photo ID or Passport copy of Company Director or Owner – Must show signature.

4. Your order details, by Fax or by Email with full contact details – First person of contact, second person, Company name and full address as per registered documents Telephone and Fax numbers.

5. Invoicing in this case will be Tax Free. The Company or Sole Trader is responsible to take care of taxes at final destination country.

3. The final invoice will always be inclusive of 16% Spanish VAT (Value Added Tax).

Things you need to know before placing an order:


  1. We cannot reserve a vehicle as sold, without an official order and complete information for invoicing.
  2. At the moment we confirm that the vehicle(s) the customer wishes to buy are available, we need to know:
  • If the customer requires a Tax Free Invoice for a VAT registered Company or Sole Trader, or Inclusive of Tax for a private individual.
  • If the customer requires the vehicle with or without preparation.
  • At the moment the Proforma Invoice is raised and sent to the customer, it is no longer possible to modify it.




  • • All vehicles must be paid before collection/ delivery, payments must be received by SWIFT transfer directly to the supplier/ invoicing company .
  • • The customer must send a copy of the payment by fax or email attachment to FEDE ROCA AUTOMOBILS, S.L. by fax or email.
  • • The collection of the vehicle(s) will be done once full payment has been received by the Supplier. Tax Free Vehicles must always be collected by Car Transporter and movement record by transport company CMR. Vehicles paid inclusive of tax can be also be driven on the roads (In this case the buyer/ customer is responsible to make sure these are road legal – have the correct plates, follow road tax requirements and have sufficient insurance cover until it reaches destination).
  • • The full final payment will be requested only when the Vehicle(s) is/are ready for transport.




• If the order request is for a prepared Vehicle, this will be prepared to retail standards and according to manufacturer and industry requirements for that particular vehicle taking into consideration age and kilometres. Commercial Vehicles like Vans will have exterior preparation in the same manner, but the cargo area will only be cleaned not repaired and painted where it’s needed

• If the Vehicle is requested without preparation, this will be supplied in the same condition as received by the Supplier.

• For both cases, there will be no servicing performed on the Vehicle(s) – Mechanical preparation including Tyres. On request it is possible to supply each vehicle’s Service History as these have been completed by the Official Dealers during its use.

• For Vehicles without preparation, these are Invoiced at the asking price, without deducting the cost of damages. When reaching destination, the customer must provide a Full Detailed Estimate, showing total costs inclusive the VAT at destination Country and send it in the name of the Suppler. These invoices will be paid within 10 to 30 days of its reception.

• Photos for cars without preparation can be supplied when these are available and at customer’s request.



• The Documents will be sent by Fede Roca Automòbils S.L. to the client, once the car(s) have been paid and delivered and on presentation of a clear CMR copy properly signed and stamped by the receiving party.

• The Documents will be: Original Invoice + Car Registration Document + Technical Specification + Sales Contract that must be returned Signed and Stamped back to Fede Roca Automòbils S.L.

• The European Certificate of Conformity (COC) will not be supplied.



• We will not be able to transport Vehicles from one collection point to another, I.E. some cars parked in Madrid and others in Barcelona will have to be collected from each of those points.

• The collection of the cars by a Transport Company must always be supported by the CMR – One Copy stays with the supply centre and another is given to the customer at destination. We must received this copy signed and stamped by the customer with the reaches destination – It must be a clear copy (*)

• In cases where the vehicle to be collected is to be driven on the road, the customer must present – Provisional Plates (Cars will be given without Spanish Plates) + Copy of Insurance Certificate + Photo ID or Passport. Very Important – The client must supply a copy of the Registration Document when finally registered at destination Country and proof that any outstanding Taxes have been paid plates) and very important the client will have to facilitate copy to us of the final matriculation in destiny, as well as documentation that proves del that the TAXES has been paid in destiny.

(*) Document CMR (transport by highway) You must send to copy by Fax of CMR, SIGNED + SEAL to us, by the Society to which the car has invoiced

The Supplier reserves the right of not selling those clients who cancel orders and those that do not fulfill the established requirements previously.
